The global health and wellbeing food and drink market is undergoing a structural shift. Consumers are increasingly demanding greater transparency, cleaner ingredients and products made with genuine care for both people and the planet. This transformation is reshaping how food brands are created and how they grow internationally.
Yet the infrastructure to meet this demand remains underdeveloped. While innovation at brand level is accelerating, few organisations exist with the structure, expertise and long-term commitment required to build and scale multiple health and wellbeing brands across global markets.
GHWB exists to change that.
Short for Global Health and Wellbeing Brands, GHWB is a London-based consumer goods company focused on building and scaling brands in the health and wellbeing food category. The group combines deep FMCG experience across sourcing, product development, brand building and international distribution.
We own and operate a growing portfolio of consumer brands and continue to expand this portfolio over time, adding brands that benefit from our operational depth, market access and disciplined brand-building capabilities. GHWB operates across multiple markets in Europe and the Middle East, supported by sourcing and supply capabilities in Asia.
We are not simply in the business of growth. We are in the business of building brands that last.

A Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group with over fifteen years as a Managing Director and Partner advising chief executives on growth strategy, M&A and transformation across the Indo-Pacific, Europe and the United States, and former Chairman of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.
A consumer goods executive with over 25 years of experience at some of the world's most recognised food and drink brands, including Coca-Cola, John West and Edrington, holding global, regional and local marketing leadership roles prior to moving into commercial and general management.
A finance and strategy executive with over 20 years of experience at The Coca-Cola Company, holding senior financial and strategic leadership roles across Asia, including Chief Financial Officer positions in Vietnam and Cambodia, and most recently Vice President of Strategy for the INSWA Operating Unit.
